Welcome to Aurilah Home Ed, operated by Aurilah Learning LTD, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC840035), with a registered office at 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, resources, and services. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Who We Are

Aurilah Home Ed is the trading name of Aurilah Learning LTD. We provide online learning materials designed primarily for home-educated children, with a special focus on neurodivergent-friendly formats.

Access to our content may be free, offered via a VIP subscription, or available through a paid membership plan.

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose

  • To copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission

  • To upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the website's functioning

Access may be restricted or revoked if these Terms are breached.

To access certain areas of the website, including lesson content and downloads, you may need to:

  • Provide your name and email address

  • Provide your child(ren)s name

  • Create an account

  • Agree to provide feedback (for VIP members)

Accounts must be created by individuals aged 18 or over. Children may use the content, but only under the supervision of an adult account holder.

4. Free and VIP Memberships

  • Free downloads may be offered in exchange for your email address. You agree to receive occasional updates from Aurilah Home Ed.

  • VIP subscriptions grant lifetime access in exchange for weekly survey participation. Failure to participate may result in access being paused or revoked.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue access to free or VIP offerings at any time with reasonable notice.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including lesson plans, workbooks, design, layout, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Aurilah Learning LTD and is protected under UK copyright law.

You are granted a non-commercial, personal-use licence only.
You may not share, resell, copy, upload, or redistribute any content.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes name, email address, and voluntary survey feedback. By using this site, you consent to the handling of your data as described therein.

9. Children’s Data & Local Authorities

We understand that many home-educating families choose this path to protect their child’s privacy and autonomy. At Aurilah Home Ed, we take this seriously.

We do not report your child’s learning progress to Local Authorities or any external body.

We do not share personal data, survey responses, usage statistics, or educational activity with any government, school board, or third-party organisation, unless we are legally required to do so by a court order or statutory obligation (e.g. safeguarding investigation).

Your child’s educational journey remains a private matter between your household and our platform. All learning data stays securely within your account and is used only to improve our resources and site experience.

We believe in protecting home education as a parent-led, family-governed experience — and our data practices reflect that.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Scots law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection rules allow otherwise.
