We do not report your child’s learning progress to Local Authorities or any external body.
We do not share personal data, survey responses, usage statistics, or educational activity with any government, school board, or third-party organisation, unless we are legally required to do so by a court order or statutory obligation (e.g. safeguarding investigation).
Your child’s educational journey remains a private matter between your household and our platform. All learning data stays securely within your account and is used only to improve our resources and site experience.
We believe in protecting home education as a parent-led, family-governed experience — and our data practices reflect that.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Scots law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection rules allow otherwise.
