Refund Policy

At Aurilah Home Ed, we put great care into creating accessible, effective educational materials for home-educating families. This Refund Policy is designed to be fair to our customers while also protecting the sustainability of our small, independent business.
1. Digital Products (e.g. lessons, downloads, VIP access)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital products are non-refundable once accessed, unless the content is faulty or fails to perform as described.
By purchasing or accessing our digital lessons, you agree to waive your right to a 14-day “cooling off” period, as permitted under regulation 37 of the 2013 Regulations.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Failure to use the content

Preference for a different format or level

Lack of educational progress (results may vary)
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we’ll make every effort to resolve it.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase a physical item (e.g. stationery), you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

The item is returned unused and in resaleable condition

You notify us within 14 days and return the item within 28 days

You cover the return postage cost
To initiate a return, please email learning@aurilah.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.
4. VIP Memberships
VIP access is granted in exchange for ongoing survey participation. If you do not wish to remain in the programme, you may cancel your access at any time.
Since VIP access is granted free of charge, there are no refunds applicable to this arrangement.
5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, email address, order date, and reason for your request.
Refunds (where approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
