At Aurilah Home Ed, we believe in making beautiful education accessible — and that includes transparent, no-fuss shipping.

 

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all physical orders within 2 working days of purchase. During peak periods, such as school holidays or special promotions, this may extend slightly — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

 

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery can take up to 21 days depending on your location and postal service times. While most packages arrive sooner, please allow the full 21 days before contacting us about a missing item.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is always free.
There are no additional charges for standard delivery within the UK.

 

Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail or other reliable UK postal services to deliver your items. No tracking is included as standard.

 

Delays & Issues

Although rare, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather, or holiday backlogs). If your order hasn’t arrived within 31 working days, please contact us and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
